This restored mansion is equipped with all the amenities,
including central heat & air and internet access.

4 with bath-tubs, 5 with refrigerators, 5 with Fireplaces, all with t.v. & telephone.
(electrically controlled fireplaces can be used year round, with or without heat)

A tall Victorian fireplace serves as the focal point for the center hall
while a spectacular 8 ft. round window graces the parlor.

The property contains an outdoor brick kitchen, redwood deck, authentic oarcart,
redwood activity center/playground, 50 ft. steel Windmill, brick well, flower gardens,
trees & shrubs laden with plums, pears, apples, berries, grapes and almonds.

Interior common area totals almost 1,000 square feet.

Lofty 12 foot ceilings & countless huge windows render a bright and cheery atmosphere.

Outdoors:  Play badminton, volleyball, croquet, horseshoes, tour the gardens,
prepare an outdoor feast on the 300 sq.ft. brick cooking center/barbecue,
dine & dance on the 400 sq.ft. redwood deck,
or pick one of several secluded seating areas to simply relax.

Indoors:  view a pictorial history of the house & property, play chess, bacgammon
or other board games, or select from a diverse library of interesting books.
